Returns & Shipping Policies

Products ordered which are not found to be suitable in any way can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot cover any postage and packing costs for any returns but we recommend you use an insured tracked delivery service. The restocking fee covers the fulfilment costs we incur when processing and shipping an order. Statutory distance selling laws apply. We will always try to resolve any issues to your satisfaction including wrong sizes or colours ordered etc. – if a product does not suit it can often be swapped for a more suitable one, and we can discuss your requirements in that case either before or after placing an order.

Please note our Wynnchester “Recon” range of products is based on ‘upcycling‘ of (often vintage) military surplus stock, sometimes up to 60 years old. Where possible we try to source unissued, never used surplus stock to create our upcycled products, and though unused these may still have storage marks, ageing marks from sunlight or transport, age etc. – where based on used military stock, if no unissued stock of that product is available to us, they may have a range of usage marks and is sold on this understanding. We are always willing to hear and very much encourage constructive feedback from our customers on the military stock or our upcycling processes and the resulting products.

Delivery & Shipping

Please contact us for any delivery issues, or special requirements such as if you need the product by a certain date, we will usually attempt to meet any special deadlines such as travel or commercial projects.

Despatch time is usually within 7 days; Delivery in UK usually Next Day – overseas usually 3-5 days depending on location.
